SHIPPING POLICY - How to get your Premium Quality pet food.
Products will be shipped by the most appropriate method and in some cases this will mean orders are split and sent separately. This will be either MyHermes, DPD or Royal Mail. Ultimate Pet Shop reserves the right to change the delivery method without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, items will be despatched the next working day after payment has been received. Where payment has cleared before 12pm the items will be despatched the same day. If unforeseen circumstances mean that there will be a delay in despatching your goods we will contact as soon as possible with an estimated timescale for delivery. Under normal conditions, Items will be delivered within 2 working days of payment being received.
Delivery prices are shown for delivery within most areas of the UK (postcodes in England, Wales and Southern Scotland). Extra charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Northern Scotland and the Western Isles. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. In the case of pet food this must be unopened. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt including the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for another item or items of the same value. Obviously this does not affect your statutory rights and a full refund will be given for goods that are defective on receipt. Please note:
1.Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4.Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
We can arrange for our couriers to collect the item(s) but you will be invoiced for the cost and this is payable before collection. You are of course more than welcome to use your own courier.
